THE PURPOSE AND THE RESULT

What pushes us to move has a goal, and this can be inminent or in the longer term. The end is the driver with the intention of achieving a result. Every day at the beginning we  have to fill the void with various activities, and in each one the focus is to get a concreteness that serves for a continuity, a maintenance or an increase. The end sometimes fits the result and others not. In what depends on our aptitudes and  resources, without the contribution of third people, the purpose and the result can go hand in hand. When external factors beyond our control intervene, the result can be close or far away according to the imagined or desired.                                                                                                                                         What goals do we pursued ? Which one do we need and which want are dispensable ? Who asks before embarking on commitments that can condition and limit in several areas ? The prevailing superficiality, the worldly approach, points to temporary purposes, that don´t actually expand potential or make us better. Apart from the usual purposes of subsistence in which we are all immersed, individual singularity is who must mark differences finding our place in the environment contributing to the collective.                         The efforts have the objective of achieving a profit, otherwise we wouldn´t them. And if evereyone is agree in the successive processes from childhood dependence and ignorance until the maximum possible autonomy in adulthood, the purpose to reach resources for our continuity is not the purpose in itself, this is the means to discover the why of all experiences and the true purpose beyond the dense and visible.         Studying is a bridge between a previous lack situation to another supplier of resources to operate in the environment. Work is the means of exchange to have what is necessary to cover the gaps in the dependencies. Relationships are the great challenge to develop in order to learn how we must to act to establish harmony, where the plot takes place outside by what emerges from the inner, to the return to the interior with the experienced and its echo to continue refining our expressions through the increase of consciousness which must be indicating successive purposes according to the progress as being becomes apparent.        

ANTIDOTS FOR CRITICISMS AND DISQUALIFICATION

Attend constantly to the disqualifying comments for being opposed to their criteria, desires or way to proceed, apart from not modifying what they would like, the only thing it involves is polluting the environment with what is categorized as bad language. Attack, criticize the system, because the prevailing context displeases them, without alternative proposals aimed at improving the existed one, it is also a sign  of futility by not providing constructivism to insist on negative expressions.                                                 To all these warriors of words, do they believe that the strategy will revert to a verifiable gain ? According to the seeds will be the fruits, and if they are bitter so will the ripening be. Wanting to change what can´t be done at the moment ¿ will the brillant idea or pouring bile pave the way to what you want ?                   In front a sterile attitude because it is unproductive, the anditot are constructive answers and effcient management. In front of silly words deaf ears. To counter stupidity, clear discernment and perspective view.                                                                                                                                                                 These perfect beings can explain to us the manual of good manners, that it seems they fail at the beginning, checking that the only thing they dominate are the exabruptes ? By the fact of insisting on contmept, in the effort to discredit, do they believethat it will bring them closer to the goal they would like to achieve ? Complain, use unpleasant tone and language, what it does is bore, tire the listener repeatedly over and over again nonsense words, which bring directly from an unaccepted frustration that they do not overcome because of their own ineptitude that betrays them as what they really are, incompetents. In their blindness they do not realize that the content of the speeches with assiduous expressions such as humiliation, indignation, non compliant with the law, divisive, that´s exactly what they come doing themselves as a hallmark of the house. A monumental projectation like a mirror unable to see how busy they are in searching for the most muddled terms possible.                                                                            What can we do with this group of exalted ? They are always right and the opponents curiously are always wrong. We can not have a dialogue with someone who is ready for viscerality when things don´t go as they want. Responsible in words and their incidence, and the actions and what it entails. Now, wanting to unload the accumulated impurities inside, they will hardly be held responsible of all the emptiness manifests that reveals an unsustanaible arguments. They don´t have to give an account because they are flawless, and the responsibility they leave it for those who keep making mistakes according to their judgments. All these prophets of a recent past and the current one, they disappear from the scene, and then no one remember them. The bad manners have not led them to success, rather to poverty, because the lack of intelligence inevitably leads to failure.

ANGER AND DEPRESSION : TWO SIDES OF THE SAME COIN

Anger and depression are two sides of the same coin. Both are expressions of frustration because it doesn´t happen what we want. Anger is externalized with noise, aggressiveness, and other people or goods can receive the consequences. Depression is internalized, it is usually worn quietly and not flaunted.            Anger reveals and unsatisfied desire of the ego that he wants to impose by force or bad manners their claims. there may be an alleged justification but by breaking the harmony it loes any consistency.             Depression internalizes a disappointment with what he or she sees, feels or experiences. Externally it tends to go unnoticed unlike the anger that disturbs the environmental tranquility .                                               The versicles 62-63 page 28 in the Bhagavad Gita says : By pondering over sense objects conceives an attachment to them; from attachment comes desire; from desire anger is born; from anger comes illusion; of anger illusion confused memory; of confused memory the destruction of reason; by the destruction of reason it succumbs.                                                                                                                                         Anger causes wisdom leaves him or her, and his face loses its illumination. It is a matter of observation. It goes from the human to animal category. The human and non human image has to do with higher intelligence which manifest itself as light on the face. They don´t want to accept some facts, unfulfilled aspirations, and losses the opportunity to see the design involved behind the events.                                    One of the ways to overcome anger is refrain from eating. Corrects the face and restores wisdom, because anger is precipitation, thoughtlessness and not foresee the consequences. The person can see injustices, he wants to revolt, and moved only by a frustrated desire can not discover the underlying reason that makes experience this context. Depression likes the anger, are unfulfilled expectations.

THE FORMS OF REACTION : IMPROVE OR WORSEN

How we do react to a situation ? It will depend on the magnitude, the possible implication, the value given to the context, the capacity for analysis, impartiality, of ideological criteria, of what is significant or important to us. We can be reactive or proactive. If the emphasis is on what annoys. what displeases we will not be able to decipher the underlying message and the opportunity of the experience.. If we observe with perspective with a view of the whole, we can access to an scenario that can offer unforeseen possibilities more favorable than the current situation.                                                                                    We react with calm or exalted ? Rationallly or for emotions ? Depending on what we decide, development will go in one direction or another, and we approach to an improve or to the worsening.                              The same topic arouses defenders and detractors. How is it possible this divergence ? The difference lies in the concepts. The individual idiosyncrasy driven by ideals which are given values, With a cultural influence and awareness that allows us to be equanimous and broad minded.                                                What are the arguments to believe that certain conditions improve or worsen ? Are they able to expose pros and cons from impartiality ? Can someone vehement and irrational elucidate clearly on what is appropiate or not, what is convenient or not ? From subjectivity must be objective.                                    How can we defend the perpetuation of static postures for centuries and centuries when the vital rythm constantly pushes forward ? Preserving a cracked foundation really lead to an ideal situation ? What is the real reason for the fear of change ?Why don´t they want to face challenges that lead to more satisfactory conditions ? We have free will that depends on knowledge to decide in one direction or another. The more primary and reactionary, more tendency to get worse by one´s own negligent expressions. The improvement of a context comes from a clear and broad discernment, in the environment and relevant resources to specify it.                                                                                                                                     Every day dilemmas arise where we can improve or worsen. If the passions and incongruities prevail, it can not be decisive. Improve requires a compendium of skills and good manners, accompanied by a precise analysis, equanimity and whole approach.

HUMANITY AND THE ORCHESTRA OF TITANIC

In which humanity resembles the orchestraa of titanic ? In which both are embarked on adventure with the intention of experiencing rewarding moments, but the appearance of the unexpected creates problems which ultimately lead to a disastrous situation despite the efforts to avoid it.                                               Did it make sense and logic to play while the ship was sinking ? It is logical for human action to degrade the environment in search of interests, warned that it must proceed in a diametrically different way ? What is the use of excessive enrichement that should bring more quality if dangers beset on multiple fronts ?      If we aim for a goal and the result is the opposite, means that the approach and execution is not the appropiate.                                                                                                                                                        The orchestra of titanic thought of the passangers, his attitude was altruistic, however, humanity, pushed by the own interests, does not harmonize the personal with the social, which is the cause of problems.       Immersed in banality, self centered in particular desires, we have a great ignorance of the optimal guidelines that we should adopt for a better life with more possibilities than the usuals. And sure that very few people know the exemple shown in the volume VIII of the Zohar section Shemot 2 page 8. Says so : when we choose to walk the path of spirituality, our moments of affliction and sadness they are mercifully brief.  However, if we allow ourselves self centered desires, then the suffering is intensified and prolonged. This intensified suffering and prolonged it is observed in multiple fronts and ways. Chaos and destruction derive from the darkness, they are the consequence of clumsy actions and erroneous intention, because it is light that brings abundance, peace, harmony and well being.                                                     The spiritual precepts show that nothing happens that has nothing to do with our correction. Therefore we shoul ask ourselves : Why do we have to experience these degradations ? How we will see the message hidden in the event to understandand  the possibility of amendment ? Bad affaire with the prevailing level, the generalized unconsciousness and the strictly mundane goals. Go playing impotent while the ship is sinking.

COMPLAINTS COME FROM THE VOID

Why do we complain ? Why from our point of view it is not happening in the past or in the present with the correction that should be between the potential and what is. We can complain for various reasons : because something is missing; for poor service; due to poor conditions; for not receiving careful attention. In short, failure, low quality, not being up to what is offered. Frequent complaints are directed at human incompetence or to a malfunction of machinery. Between what we want and what is there, the argumentative protest indicating the faults and the possible resolution alternatives, revealing the obstruction with the tools and means to unblock it.                                                                                         There are well founded  and also unwarranted complaints. Waste of time, money, repetition, because at some point in the process the harmony has been broken and the stranding has surfaced to show deterioration,negligence, inconsideration or ineptitude.                                                                                  There are individual complaints from you to you, and collective complaints in the form of strikes and demonstrations. The strikes are of a labor nature in demand of better conditions. The demonstrations are of a social nature for what is already in force or novelties that they want to prevent. Compalining indicates that the substance of the matter is not correct, is not appropriate, and improvement is needed to correct this Are those who protest always right ? It depends of what they intend, the room for maneuver betwen what is possible or not, between the more or less. Want more or different for a more satisfactory future than the present is the goal.                                                                                                                                           Everyone wants the permanent optimal functioning of what we use, of need, of the private and socially shared, And the external is the reflection of the internal. What´s outside doesn´t work as it should, with breakdowns, delays, inconvenients, is that doesn´t work in a considerable number of people. And we just have to focus on relationships, in the environment, in the deterioration of nature and behavior. Dissonances, conflicts, tension, aggression it has been forged progressively by not fitting one´s own desires with the environment. These generally they are the ones who tend to complain, Unable to realize their attitude and subsequent consequences. Behind what does not work at full capacity there is a touch of attention . It´s about finding out the cause and taking advantage of it by making the appropriate adjustments

LOWS PREVENT PROGRESS

Duality is present everywhere, two parts with unique characteristics performing a function where dependence pushes to establish connections in search of a goal that brings a result.                                       We have to make constant connections, and we have to know how. We can do it basically thinking about satisfying the desires of the ego, or with a breadth of horizons that realize the need to look for the globality of mutual benefifs.                                                                                                                                             What do we usually see in the prevailing claims of many people ? The own personal profit without a broad perspective of the possible consequences of what is intended and the impact on others.                               Society is designed for an order. Every time an action classified as wrong, rules and laws make an assessment by rendering a verdict. If we proceed according to the just we do not have to fear danger or losses. If we transgress the code of conduct, sooner or later we will find ourselves immerse in tribulations. Swindle, steal, kidnap, rape, kill, they are all manifestations of desires to satiate the lower primary nature at the expense of others with agressive methods where momentary gain leads to dire long term consequences. Getting money in different ways is the goal. These criminals are unawere that each has individual supervision that places us in a specific place with precise characteristics for our individual function in relation to the collective.                                                                                                                Transgressions worsen the conditions, hence is why is it so difficult get out of this cercle if is not through consciousness of diametrically opposed purposes with everything that involves the approachs and staging. What drives you to mistreat ? From the mildest to the greatest aberrations. How has the degradation been forged in the individual ? Nothing happens by random. Who is robbed is because he has a debt due to previous conduct deviate from what is considered correct. Who receives an aggression, even if it looks casual on the outside, it is not. Is difficult to know the origin and the innocence of the victim in appearance. The criminal has tuned into a low vibration and serves as a warning, however, having transgressed the laws will receive the corresponding sanction or punishment in the appropriate measure and time.                                                                                                                                                           Every day multiple episodes happen of aggressors and assaulted,indicating that we are misguided in our pretensions, and by violating the integrity of others we will not even get the resources we long for, neither peace nor tranquility nor freedom. The lows only lead to precipice experienced on all fronts.

EXACERBATED PURITANISM

We complain easily irritated by trifles which we raise to an enormous category, a reflection of the prevailing narowness of concepts that are disproportionately valued for lack of breadth.Everything comes down to what I think, believead and value from an ego point of view.                                                                  What is punishable ? What is considered impure ?  Who knows how to perfectly distinguish the difference between right and wrong ? What can be done and what can not, what is acceptable and what unacceptable. some words, some tastes, a way of dressing. What´s wrong ? What is inappropiate ? for what reason ? every word, every expression, every action, is examined with a magnifying glass and the insignificant runs wild. overreacts, and then spend days and days turning around specific anecdotes treating the case and the alleged offenders as demons.                                                                                                                            We have drunk our understanding, we are in the era of exacerbated puritanism. Everything can be put into question, and if you don´t like what we say or do, the accusing finger wants to pass judgement and must be exemplary.                                                                                                                                                    There are moral policemen monitoring the dress, and other areas exactly the same. Is best to keep distances and don´t put the hands to according which places  and nor interpret that we force someone.         On the one hand we are not prepared to tolerate what is considered an infringement, but we are ready  to consent the people similar like us.                                                                                                                   There are people that cross boundaries when the behavior becomes intimidating, invades the space of others, puts the integrity in risk, and every case must be observed with foundation.                                        Never will be possible an unanimity when behind the crooshairs the criteria and values are sustained by morality, ethics or a determined religion. Costs a lot to be equanimous and unbiased when it is imbued with an often reductionist vision unable to expand the perspective and show more mercy instead the maximum severity.                                                                                                                                           Are all laws fair ? Are all judge infallible  ? If the laws have shortcomings or are incorrect. If the judges they are often driven by their own assesssments. If the fundamentalists are not impeccable, Then how should we proceed to restore purity ?

RESIGNATION

Resignation assumes that we have a defined goal and when we set in motion to make it happen, circumstances beyond our control prevent us from achieving this. Resignation shows us on several occasions that one thing is what we want and the other is what is possible. It is the most effective way to tame the ego and strengthen humility.                                                                                                              Accept what can not be changed. Things happen constantly that we are powerless to prevent the course of events, where the only thing we  can do is take note so that the losses or the harmful serve us as a reference for later.                                                                                                                                             By choice or by force is how we can respond. Fortunately without resisting or giving too much importance. By force for not being able to face the context.                                                                         Resignation is impotence before the facts. The desire is one thing and the result is another. It also helps not to rely too much on the process that goes from the beginning to the end, specially if it depends on the external collaboration of others or unforeseen situations far from our scope of maneuver.                             Sometimes may be it´s good not to get what we want because of the later consequences. We must be clear about the  objective and possible triggers. Park the purpose temporarily if the context is not favorable, and insist later when the conditions may bring more possibilities.                                                                         Everyone experience episodes where has to resign. Personal longings involve externalization and depend on the environment, of skills, of resources, of others.Achieving it is a matter of our temperament and what is most convenient. Accepting outcomes with peace reinforces maturity. Of the many things we would like to obtain a certain way, in the end we do it according to what is necessary at each moment both individually and collectively.                                                                                                                           If we achieved all the claims quickly without obstacles or oppositions, it would be very harmful to the individual himself. To learn, expand the consciousness, we must fit continually with others and the environment, and the occasions that do not occur as desired, they are great opportunities to focus on what is convenient uncovering the background of the event in order to pour the energy in more appropiate ways.

OPEN TO, CLOSE TO

Open can indicate start, close can indicate finish. What do we want to open up to ?  What do we want to close ? Sometimes opening up has favorable connotations, and others not according to the context and what it can cause. And the same goes for closing. Sometimes is advisable, and sometimes not. We must open ourselves to what can represent an improvement, possible healthy earnings,and expand horizons. . And vice versa in terms of closing, in that which put us in danger, which lead to losses, that leads to ill, to deterioration.                                                                  Open is a synonymous to externalize, close to internalize. We must be open to constantly increasing our potential and with the discernment to know when it is not appropiate to open up to what experiences can be more harmful than advantageous. Internalization is essential to reveal what drives us to say, to dor or what we want and where go.                                                                                                                            In the morning when we wake up facing  a new day, externalization begins, social contact, execution of activities. In the evening, after fulfilling the obligations, is time for introspection, to analyze our diary behavior to know possibles hits and errors and how improve them.                                                                Open to determined relations and close to others. The various changes in the time of friends, occupations, means and opening and closing. Beginnings meant opening and endings meant closing.                               With the years changes tastes, criteria and values, and this implies open to a certain questions in one determined time, and then closng. Those relevant activities, friends that seem to fit so well with us, suddenly disappears and they are replaced by other tendencies and other contacts that marks new stages. Everything is part of everyone´s process, some stagnant, and other renewing themselves, depending on the temperament and concerns of these involved.                                                                                                 Which was good in a period to open in order the further development and goals, then is better closing. And what had been unconscious or unknown it starts to become part of what we value, open to experience to what suits the characteristics of the moment.                                                                                               Know open to or close to, is the challenge that acompanies us every day to choose the most convenient.

A LOT OF VISCERALITY AND LITTLE INTELLIGENCE

Aspirants to govern municipalities or a country can such a low level  of preparation, with unpresentables speeches, continuously attacking the adversaries that do not agree with their points of view, where the only thing they know is to pollute the environment twitching in all ways ? Where is the capacity of the citizens to support a group of energumens similar to suburban gangs, with plenty of previous records of corruption and disastrous management ? How is it possible to defend projects that in the past meant censorship and dctatroship, eliminate rights, go against the needs of the moment, and have broad support from the population ? What do the voters think ? Is this their ability to discern ? Giving power to a bunch of trechers with an obvious lack of culture and civility, hypersensitivities for their simbols and elevate these  to the category of sacred, while in the same proportion freeze to eliminate everything they can not bear in the most despotic ways possible ?                                                                                                        Of mouth indivisible unity, and the actions are constantly on the way to division. Separatism is the culprit, yes, what they curse everyday to impose the will of one party to another.                                                      Can keep someone to be with you by force and you just repeat that you can´t leave why do I say it.The kidnapper sets the law, the rules, and the kidnapped must abide by them, because if he rebels will be punishment, attacks and persecution. This is the panorama that has existed since the time immemorial, it neither changes nor is seen in the short term, because too many people are driven by viscerality without seeing the bottom line and the consequences because intelligence has simply been left aside.

THE PERVERSIONS BEHIND THE WORDS UNITY AND FREEDOM

The treasures of perversion bring no profit. A self gratifying narcissistic perversion of wealth, power and position, they ultimately lead to ruin in some area. The one built on a toxic foundation may last for some time, but in due course accounts will have to be passed.                                                                                 Unity by force is not unity, it is only with will, fit and affinity. special laws, a power structure with multiple tentacles to reduce and dilute dissidents with verbal and physical aggression, it can never be unity because the actions themselves deny it.                                                                                                           Freedom for me, imposition for the different ones that I don´t like. Freedom to speak my language in my own house and in that of the neighbour who has a different culture and language, making it more mandatory, while the natives can not demand basic respect. The oppressed at the expense of the oppressors, remaining as outsiders in their own territory.                                                                               The supremacists have the freedom to impose language and customs in foreign places, they are not obliged to know the language of the subjugated, and the natives must know by decree that of the occupier.  Freedom for the oppressor it means saying and doing whatever they want without consequences. But depending of what the opponent says or do, it can be classified as a hate crime or whatever they decide.           Greatness is not having a skyscraper and being bothered by small corner store doing everything they can to eliminate it.                                                                                                                                                   Greatness is to have a dish full to spill and want to take more that the little that have of the neighbour.      Greatness it is not vexing, humiliating, insulting, disqualifyng so that they speak to you in the language you want using the force of authority and power.                                                                                                  How can you qualify that you can´t stand someone but you don´t want to let them go ? When you don´t like someone or something, the most logical thing is to stay away from them.                                              How can it be understood that you want to subjugate the opponent so that you take advantage of him financiallly, and at the same time drown him financially ?.                                                                            Everything is a sign of enormous perversion and also of a deep imbalance.                                                   Bragging about quantity, that they are more, that they have more, chasing those who are quantitatively less or have less. Where is the logic of this obsession ?                                                                                         What sense and what purpose is there beyond the appearances for one party to be the oppressor and the other to endure it ?                                                                                                                                            Centuries and centuries of the same ideas, the same goal, where the result is submission and an economic profit, in exchange for a permanent discomfort that turns the day to day in a nuissance. After all pursuing wretched ends with petty procedures. Materials earnings in exchange for spiritual losses who with their blindness to mental and emotional dirt ignore the repercussion it will end up having.

TIES USUAL, OCCSASIONAL, CLOSE OR DISTANT

What do we really decide ? What real degree of freedom do we have to choose ? Why does everyone have specific relationships ? Fathers, sons, couple, they are all intermediaries. Each one performs a function with certain characteristics, where proximity and assiduity bring out our true essence. We are constantly tested to develop the potential to move from the unconscious to conscious, of the defense of one´s own interests to give and share. The failure of relationships and the low quality of these is why selfishness prevail and the straitjacket. So neither one nor the other play the role of messengers wasting the content of what we are showing.                                                                                                                                        The ties are inevitable, no one can live in isolation, and if it does so respect to people, it can not avoid the dependence of nature. The shortcomings force us to externalize ourselves, to establish connections, And if we are looking for good conditions, why do we adopt unpleasant postures, aggression, knowing that we need supports to covert deficits ?                                                                                                                     The needs to acquire resources it makes establish ties. First at school for mental nourishment. After in job training for material sustenance. And not necessarily some are looking for a partner and children to fill the  emotional side.                                                                                                                                          The ties can last more or less, and sooner or later they all end up being transitory, from here the need of detachment to avoid frustrations, because the companies enter and leaving in our vital stage, they are to play a role aimed at expanding our faculties.                                                                                                   Relationships are necessary for the coupling between the individual and the collective, and at the same time none is essential.                                                                                                                                       What we have extracted from the different context and stages ? What have learned from those people we like and those who dislike ? Have we been able in a one to one and hierachical relationship ? Do we know how to decipher what bothers us about someone and why do we have to experience it ? Have we taken advantage of the passage through the different areas and time to improve the expressions ?                          Ties are connections, and just like the machines works if there is a proper fit, exactly to human level. If there are disagreements, tensions and discomfort, there is a mismatch, and we have to find out where it is for the link to fulfill its purpose.

Man and woman they have been created back to back. Will they turn ?

We are all the product of the union of the two male and female principles, therefore although externally in the physical aspect we distinguish ourselves by a certain sex, the other principle is also in us.                       Man and woman have been created back to back. Everyone looks in opposite directions and they can´t see each other faces. The work of both consists of turning around and seeing each other head on, to identify and establish agreements based on implicit differences and that they work for unity in diversity.                  Be the same in essential but different in the rest. Fit the differences is a constant task taking into account the respective code of values, criteria, and quite opposite conceptions on several significant fronts. What is needed first is to acquire deep archetipal knowledge of the same gender, and then do the same with the other opposite to ours. Know why we are the way we are and the cause, giving us much greater and more satisfying possibilities..                                                                                                                                    Men are transmitters at a mental and physical level, and receivers in the emotional aspect. On the other hand, women are emotional transmitters and mental and physical receivers .Aware of these basic points, it is a matter of good disposition arising from a coherent broad discernment and the indispensable affection  it brings to establish links.                                                                                                                                The challenge is to internalize the qualities of the other polarity in us to not have external dependencies. And because this task is difficult and requires great effort and discipline, we hardly incorporate the attributes of the other sex in the optimal magnitude. Hence the majority look for the supplement that they believe will cover gaps or deficiencies.                                                                                                           Love binds, wisdom unties. What do we want ties for ? For love of someone or for own because of what the bond may imply. To bind oneself is to limit, and there must be a compelling reason and one purpose. The social evolutionary level in all cultures, is not enough developed to establish a couple relation that is the more demanding, and allow both individual and collective progress as a whole due to personal interests in oneslf and the interaction and one refined sensitivity to express altruistic love.                           Before conditioning ourselves with the responsibilities that will be incorporated we must ask ourselves primoridial questions . Why want this relation ? Can drive to show the best ? There is authentic enthusiasm in what I feel ? What I can supposedly earn can have more value tha what I enjoyed before the engagement ?                                                                                                                                                    There is too much fantasy, supposition and imagination over the idealization of what may lie ahead to fit in all areas. Unfortunately, this is what has been observed time and time again.                                             Unconsciously we acquire ties to some characteristic we like, retreating to a very narrow margin with respect to the whole, and once immersed in the adventure of commitment, the day to day awakens us from the illusion with " the lot " of each one, the complete package of who we are, surfacing disagreements, tensions and discomfort, and what seemed so beautiful suddenly lands us.                                                   We should not expect the feeling of well being from a single person with his impurities and shortcomings, why the most precious goods are intangible, and peace, silence, tranquility, and recollection come from within.                                                                                                                                                                What real progress have couples experienced after decades of coexistence individually or together ? Have we deciphered what we had to learn, polish, amend through the other to improve our expressions ? Cheating can suppose some kind of momentary gain, but as the foundations are not consistent, sooner or later it will end in failure.                                                                                                                                                              10 - Humiliation. When we believe that are more than others for a question of money, social position or has some advantage or privilege over others, considering inferior to someone by belief or comparison. Everything is a consequence of ignorance, of egocentrism, of insensitivy towards the proism and what is different, towards what don´t like, and this only can change introducing the refinement of superior nature getting rid of harmful forms

Surrounded by sophisticated tools but with an aggressive behavior, despot, violent, disrespectful, who happily signs up for free lynching to satiate the insctintive side.It doesn´t matter if the substance of the question is true or not, what it counts is cornering, dissolve, dilute, driven by desires that will not bring satisfaction finally, because they are encouraged in hatred, lies, revenge, and are doomed to failure.

THE DESIRE TO TRAIN OF THE HUMAN RACE

If we have all something in common without exception is the desire to train others to our liking. From our particular self centered view, considering the very low level of knowledge with respect to an unknown immensity, we are convinved that our arguments, ideas, code of values, way to proceed, targets, are the right ones, when realty persistently insists by denying a whole cluster of postulates observing the behavior and the many deficits evidenced in so many people. The politicians are the champions of desqualifications, treating opponents as if they never do anything good and instead they are always right and the whole surpasses the great excellences. This procedure is not exclusive, constantly we want that others be our puppets to say and do what we want. And this happen between men and women, in couples, parents and sons, friends, in the labor field. We want to mold others to our taste and convenience when we are not able to transform our vices, to show respect, and express good manners. And all of it points to social failure having a very reduced consciousness that thinks it knows, understand, see clear, when really the ignorance is who makes us adopt these position. There is a very great distortion between what we believe we are convinced and what really is due to the egocentric approach hypersensitive to what comes close and insensitive to proism, and so is impossible to arrive to an understanding, a decent treatment and peaceful coexisistence. The proof is that there are always conflicts, and always for petty interests  that are the origin and the battle of the oppressed towards the oppressors who pursue miserable goals, and this will be if there is no deep awakening of consciousness that make come us out of lethargy that keep us stuck.

EFFROTS TO WIN OR LOSE

The effort is to obtain a profit. One off issues, or the other short or long terms issues. Physical and mental efforts are the prominent ones, and in between the emotional part it must balance both from the idea to realization. Desire is the pusher that must see clearly for correct discernment that allow us to see pros and cons and possibles outcomes.                                                                                                                           No doubt the efforts seek some kind of gain, of resolution, improvement compared to precedents. There are efforts to expand the existing one, to maintain or to fix what does not work correctly. Between the investment of time, resources and action, we have to determine if it is worth it .All the dynamized and the result. Investments focused on personnel and others extended outside to social aspects.                               Losses and gains are shared from everything we achieve.Tipping the scales will depend on preparation, skills, agility when fitting various components. Efforts they must be done thinking about introducing quality. From the most trivial to the most relevant, making a difference is what brings profit. No one wants miseries, everyone longs for well being, satisfactory conditions, but this requires effort and we must know how to do it to obtain that we want.                                                                                                                 To get out of a difficult context due to shortcomings, due to lack of preparation, surrounded by adversities often it is not possible to get rid of an environment and cifrcumstances even with effort unable to straighten out the various fronts that require deep transformation. Efforts to traansitory gains and efforts for perennial gains. The external, material, mundane, serves for a season, a few years, and sooner or later it gets diluted. If we set a constant long term plan of specific studies connecting with our subtle side, expanding consciousness to understand andf capture beyond the visible and superficial we will increase understanding, we will be able to understand each other more deeply. Intangible goods that can expand without limits if the consecration is constant and they will always accompany us. If only we live for work, to cover the elementary, if the efforts they do not result in any improvement that is preserved, in the end the efforts will have been due. The one dedicated to the transitory subject to change, we can´t hold it back. Only we will get persistent solid gains when actions and intentions revolve around fulfilling the spiritual precepts to their fullest extent.

WHAT WE EXPRESS NOW

What we express now is the reflection of previous experiences and how they affect in us. We go from ignorance to knowledge, from the unknown to the know, the question is if we know how to take advantage of the opportunities to expand potential giving us more possibilities to proceed more effectively in everything we face. What we show now is the same as decades ago ? The deficits, unconsciousness, immaturity, are they still part of our behavior ?                                                                                                The function of time is provide us cumulative experiences to contrast what we thought, felt and did in one time and its result, and observe if now if we follow exactly the same or we have taken advantage of the diversity of situations and relations to proceed with more harmony.                                                               We must ask several questions to find out if we are on the right track : am I doing what I´m supposed to do ? with what I have done today, am I improving in part or globally ? can I do much more than I do ? with the current objectives, capacity of understanding and personal characteristics, Am I heading towards an improvement with respect to more or less recent or distant past ?  Am I as critical of myself as of others ?  Unfortunately what is expressed now in a large percentage is the same as decades or centuries ago. There is not more knowledge no more breadth of views, no more understanding, no more empathy, no more sensitivity. And this happens on a personal basis and in the singularity of the countries. There is an DNA identifier that marks us and conditions us to keep repeating schemes and patterns of behavior, amd if these are inappropiate and harmful they end up affecting the sender and receiver.                                                  We have incoporated utensils, new styles, the present possibilities there is not to see with the past, and instead, neither the countries nor much people don´t follow this exemple because every new now is the same as always. If what is expressed now is the same as an eternity ago, we are not making progress, and when the stagnation it is prolonged ends in decadence.

INDIFFERENCE AND COLDNESS DO NOT GENERATE QUALITY

Indifference and coldness is the opposite to enthusiasm and warmth. When something doesn´t attract, doesn´t like or doesn´t arouse any interest, A distance stance is adopted because it does not impregnate neither sensitivity nor personal tastes nor is it part of the particular values.                                                   The indifference and coldness can occur from us toward external factors, or from other people towards us. The lack of connection generates distance, and hence indifference.                                                               Not giving importance to words, actions, opinions, events, being on the sidelines because the manifested  does not vibrate with our characteristics. Not getting involved, adopting a neutral stance, a middle ground  that can sometines be useful and convenient and on other occasions perhaps not depending on what is involved and the subsequent trascendence.                                                                                                      Activities, relevant topics in a past, meaningful relationships, are often modified over time due to a change in the interests that attracted before but not now, and the perspective is gradually adopted according to the expansion of knowledge and consciousness.                                                                                                   From attraction to indifference, from assiduity to no contact, tell us that the external is subject to variations, and for mantain ties, occupations that last over time, a solid base is needed to lean on continously project itself with new nutrients that are responsible for preserving the foundation.                   Distance in relationships where previously there was a confluence that has been fading away it is due to paths that lead us astray due to different concerns and singular characteristics that make it difficult keep the same difficulty.                                                                                                                                           What or who are we indifferent and why ? The answer it would indicate a good part of our idyosincrasy and where we direct what is considered important. Indifference and coldness does not generate quality because a distant position is adopted and of little value at the bottom of what is being discussed. The excellence in the current and past executed works are the product of developed talent with discipline and love for what is done, with an eagerness to overcome that implicity brings enthusiasm. If there is no enthusiasm, indifference arises, and this achieves neither improvement nor satisfaction, and consequently there is no quality.                                                                                                                                            In our lifes to generate quality enthusiasm is required  in addition to preparation and resources, and what is certain is that with indifference and coldness is unworkable.
