COHERENCE

Nothing happens without a reason behind it hold. Everything has an origin that has just been behaving a result.
We are continuosly subject to the law of cause and effect, which tell us that there is a logical reason visible or not, consciously or not, in the events that occur.
The word random is used as justification for what we don´t know decrypt with security, certainty or conviction. In reality every thing is conceived and ordered with a perfect coherence.
We as humans, nurtured from natue, and what we have to do is what it show : know how to put seeds in the appropriate field, provide them with the contribution of the four elements and bear fruits. - What this mean in the day to day ? Having some basic resources, investing properly, and access to some purposes that we nurture.
Coherence derives from cohaerere, which means " be united " and in practical terms means that thought and action have to be united, or be an harmonic fit between the idea and the execution, between what is said and done.
What happens when there is a dissonance between what is said and what is done ? An internal misalignment manifesting on the outside, product of an imbalance.
There has to be synchronicity between thought and action, otherwise chaos ensues. You can also have an " apparent consistency " in criminal acts or breaking harmony, where the results will indicate the existence of a dark, causing losses, damage or negativy.
Why are there so many chaotic episodes ? By a disconnection that deprives us of see with clarity the difference between what is right and what is wrong.
The incoherence is lack of harmony, a disunity between the idea and the execution by an egoical interference or by a manifest inability.
Moved pushed by the emotionally, depending on what sort of wishes, by the immaturity, and don´t know how to face challenges, end assiduosly in erroneous approaches product of the incoherence.
The coherence requires see clearly, know what we want and what consequences can be triggered adjusting the initial abstraction and final appearance.
What is coherent will lead us to the harmonic, and that is incoherent will behave frictions and undocking in various senses.

HEAT - COOL

That relations will harm or cold depends on the willingness to adopt. There are so many types of relationship as of quantity, some close by links, other by affinity of ideas, friends, coworkers, mates, etc.
The assiduosness is not synonymous with anything specific, the treatment depends on several variants, and achieve fluidity, understanding and cordiality, it´s a question of couplings.
What generates warmth ? The way in which we see the other, the nexus of union, the received through different expressive forms. Add a plus to show us more nearby, thoughtful, caring, a feeling of wellbeing in the interaction.
What generates coldness ? Opposing ways of seeing things making it impossible to reach agreements, indifference, inability to feel affection for the other, mental focusing taking distance.
We can not be warm with all nor cold with all, it is a natural selection that occurs unintentionally. If treats to tune and awakening an attraction. If this is not manifested the warm can not emerge.
The coldness is just the opposite, the lack of essential affinity is not present, creating a distance that is evident in the behavior.
It is not necessary to do the same activities nor pursue similar goals to showing closers, is a question of observing the singularities of another, generate empathy and let flow the feeling to be able to connect more with the essence of what is each one.
Instead of thinking in ourselves, in our own interests, in what we can win, if we are more concerned to listen, to help and to serve, we will build stronger foundations where relations will be from deficits to qualitative.
After all when prevail the coldness we feel uncomfortable, because it is the warmth that vivifies, which stimulates. Establish connections, adjust various components is that allows to work the machines, and in the relationships is exactly the same. If we establish a closer treatment, if focused both parties, there will be functioning. If the opposite, like the machines, the links do not work by separativeness with the vacuum that this causes.
