BREAKING ROUTINES

Nature is order, and we have to apply it also to us, and organize a day compartments. We need a few hours of action and some rest, perform a few meals to restore us of the energy consumed, and a time of rest to dispose of it as we like. Perhaps in this narrow margin where escape to the obligations and the different daily inertia, is where we have to print distinctive characteristics that also provide inducements as commited in moments of recreation and strenghten the reiteration of daily actions making them with more enthusiasm, attention and appreciation of the varied contributions that we reported each in the form of resources, reffiting of  forces, and a life to which we must print meaning, purpose and direction.
We can´t play the same steps in the same way in a mechannical manner, because this minimizes the value of what we are doing. It is desirable to make modifications in order to inject vitality. Insert changes in food, hours, if it can be in the implementation of certain tasks, replace old habits by other new, incorporating attractive facets according to the own character and styles, trying to get rid of sterile occupations introducing edifying activities. We are rid of insubstantial elements while filling various departments with something that really fit to our features.
We must work to have money, eating and sleeping, but with the exception of work, it is a life like the animals. And as a human beings endowed with more awareness and creative faculties, we have to use them, performing the actions into something significant despite the repeatability that we are subject. To forge the destiny with a footprint that reveals individual advances and global between what we were doing and what we do, what we were and what we are.
Through the years we break many previous routines by adapting new, because we can´t be doing the same thing always, and at the same time is necessary to mantain a disciple that consolidates the efforts to achieve the goals. We must find a balance between permanent basis that sustain us, and the introducing of successive changes that provide an utility and motivation within a context of constant repetitions.

MOTIVATION

The motivation is the impulse that pushes us to act, thanks to see appealing the process in the same or it can bring.
There are two types of motivation : the forced and voluntary. The forced is one in which in the first instance we would like to avoid, but we have just been doing either by necessity, commitment, or that there are people involved and we have a certain responsability..
The voluntary motivation is intelligence in action. Clearly to see that we want, that we should be and outline a plan to achieve this.
Nothing is casual, everything happens for a chain of events. In the day to day we have not engaging in the action without a defined purpose that it derived. The motivation is exactly this : set targets. Large or small, long or short, but they are, because if they are not there is no movement, and without movement we sealed.
The intellect has to be the guide, lead by the roads that bring us closer to successive improvements resorts, because if we drive us by indolence instead of progress going backwards.
It is a curious fact that many people make the inconvenient efforts, and in change doesn´t seem failing into futile or harmful actions. Faced with this evidence we should ask ourselves : why leave I impose the inertia if I do or experience is less than I could get with a little more motivation ?
Lack of motivation is lack of connection with the inner self that deprived to realize the benefits of a true effort. And when the subject matter is more secundary, the motivation can be derived from not being in tune with the theme.
If we let the laziness to impose to the will, is insuficient vision when inaction behaves worse results.
Live requires moving around, and if we accept as a natural fact eat several times a day, working a few hours, why has to seem a sacrifice to strive in tasks that contain undertakers opportunities ?
Study, exercise, a healthy diet, is not be seen as an effort. This conception is wrong. What approaches to the welfare must be see like a pleasure, because it is exactly this.
The great champions or important people of all areas have been trained to fund. Have pooled attitude and skill, and perseverance has led to success.
What is clear is that we do not decide to do more of what we might sentence to a grey life, missed of substance, where the passage of the days instead of be amazing are a slow death that will be launching the potential by the inability to print vitality and enthusiasm.

TO UTILIZE - TO WASTE

Is now that we have to deal with events, delay it only postpones, without moving how we left it or even worse depending on what question.
Many people do not have enough courage, decision or confidence when situations arise tension. Would like all background, without complications of any kind, or friction, but is precisely in the dilemmas where we are obliged to give more of ourselves.
The current moment is where we are always engaged, and it is not a question of leave loading with previous topics not resolved properly, since the weight each time will be greater. With what we have to deal with day to day is enough, and does not settle past issues is conditioning forms of act present.
We have to make peace with family, friends or whoever in life, to put aside the pride and detrimental sentimentality that solves nothing. The polemics that are presented are not to annoy anyone, are to learn from each other, but if instead of looking at it positively what we look at self focused on what something say or do that we dislike, we loose the opportunity to seek new horizons polishing us and correct what is appropiate, and we will lose relations by a limited vision of what has happened.
If it is not possible to understand because the differences in approach and the way of being are very different, the best thing is separated amicably and get rid of unnecessary burdens to focus energy in activities and relationships more chords.
Work that don´t satisfy, couples than a part to limit bully. unproductive routines, have been to leave or transform. We have to take advantage of the time in edifying activities and not waste in futilities, because the time goes by and instead of forging welfare conditions rather are upset.
On a daily basis we have to buiild our building, which is not another that progress without limit as beings. If instead of connecting with the center to know how to act deviate the attention to banalities, always shall stand dissatisfied and progress will be impossible.
Relationships are the key to improve or worse. If through them develop more qualities and establish harmony, we will be taking advantage of the opportunities that involve interactions.
If it is upside down, with fights and tension, miss what they teach us.
At some time or another we regret or we will regret having thrown the life in the trash having underestimated in improductive occupations and a proceeding that has caused more losses than profits.
At some time or another all we regret or we will regret not having made peace by absurd controversial, leaving a kind of bitter taste.
It is now that we have to understand, enlighten us, be reconciled, focus on the positive side, devote the efforts to perform the respective vital missions, since what is not this is miss the experiences and resources that are given to us to end loosing all.
