In the physical training is exactly the same. What has not worked is not maintained in conditions, it loses elasticity and strength; therefore if we want to be fit, the exercise is fundamental and constant.
The eating habits will have to setting up according the age, activity and constitution. Introduce healthier foods leaving aside the undesirable.
Around us there are all kinds of people, and the diversity between the brave and the cowards, and those who face and who hidden, the determined and undecided.
In several areas establishing conditions that may be good in one time, but over time require a revision in deep to adjust or transform. - What happens when someone wants to remain the same despite the evidence that is the worst choice ? Why immobility ? Fear of what ? Why the future has to be worse than the present ? Life is movement, the immobility is death ¿ these people prefer the death before being brave ?
Incompatible couples, non viable, for what reason must be maintained? Companies with losses that have tested several alternatives, until when they have to wait to close or change the heading ?
Obsolete political systems, laws outdated that instead of ensuring people damage it, shoud prevail until the final judgment ?
The immobility leads to stagnation, and then the oxidation and decadence. Only the regeneration can solve it.
How is it possible that so many people wish to opt for that death in life, when simply following the nature laws could set conditions of  fluidity and abundance for the benefit of all ? Without a doubt mankind did make look !
There is a long way before we think clearly, feel without internal disturbances and really act with intelligence.

SMALL DOSE

Relationships are unavoidable according an universal design. Interconnected performing each one with a function and contributing some characteristics, and one dependency by a set of individual deficits.
The values, skills and resources, are the means of nurture and exchange. There are a number of goods that all need, in that the specific contributions must converge in the collective benefit. At the end all is a question of practicism. Useful or useless. Meet to repeat the same without new contributions is demotivating. It´s not a question of having many contacts, but strive to introduce quality in the transmitted, and instead of a sense of emptiness one of more fullness. This must be the goal, with occasional small dose of substance. The no adjust to these parameters is straw to pass the time without satisfaction, nor purpose neither usefulness.

CHOOSE THE ANSWERS

The questions that made to us, not depend on us, but we have full freedom in the response. The external situations presented through other people, are not in our control, the reaction, the decision to adopt, is strictly according to the election itself.

We can adopt different postures before the facts, and is here where the free will has to decide what, how, why, and deal with the consequences with determination.
The answer has to be in line with the values, ideals and response capacity. Before a question of importance, some can grow, and others sink; demonstrating the response the overall quality of the individual.
Each moment is unique, and what now may seem valid perhaps tomorrow is not it. The circumstances, and with them the perception, the priorities and pretensions. It´s about being open, responsive and adaptable, to choose the proper response to the fate presents us a constant challenges.

MEASURES AND VALUES ( II )

What has real value ? What is indestructible, which always accompanies us and no one can take from us, which expresses virtues, what makes us better as individuals, the careful manners that never expire, treating everyone with dignity, watching the common good instead of being selfish, seek help if we can. be attentive, helpful, all that generate harmony.
We can measure the visible and pesable, but not what is visible by expression and form part of the abstract values such as intelligence, kindness or generosity. The values can be ethical, moral, without rigidity or driven from the religiosity, simply as the need to adopt a behavior intended to establish good ways for a optimum coexistence.
However, in the name of a doctrin, of fanaticism, of a few political ideals, homeland, enlarge some peculiarities of a small collective, is an exaggerated self assessment, and in reality an inferiority complex that wants to be compensated.
Who is strong, sensible, fair, respectful, don t need extern instruments that reaffirm, because the value of someone, don´t lies either language, the flag or the hymn; but in the dignified behavior toward others and constant humility..
Each individual or social level, has a few peculiarities, resembling to some and differentiating from others, and does not make us better or worse. What we are capable of transmitting and the footprint that leaves, here is where are elements of value or absence of them.
Think we are big is the clearest signal that one is small, because the greatness is simplicity, being aware of their own limitations, and the consideration toward everyone, weaving close connections, valuing the contribution of all,  without being more than or less than by any specific reason.

MEASURES AND VALUES ( I )

Measures and values accompany us continuosly, either by increase or reduce,  giving or receiving, win or lose. The numbers a part of indicate a position, are used to measure, where according the context and a multiple of variants we can approach or separate from objectives.
What is tangible can be measured, such as the external physical aspects. The intangible in the form of ideals, of symbols, despite the fact that it may have a visibility or application, would be in the paragraph of values. and unlike the measures that are objective, the values are subjective.
We can calibrate wealth or poverty according to what we have, the sphere of action and possibilities and the coverage of needs.outline the appropiate weight according to the height and complexion with close proximity.

The life is made up of moments, small fractions  where we experience multitude of variants. We yearn that be presented " special " situations that provide satisfaction and well being. But what is certain is that among the thousands of days lived, only occurs on rare occasions, only some days a little significant, the rest is routine of automatism in the search for subsistence.
We have free time unconditioned of obligations, which is where it could forge rewarding opportunities, and when not for a reason for another, we are wasting time in futilities, that neither enrich nor make us feel good or contribute to an edifying purpose.
We will wish lives like a movie, exciting, but the reality is that we do not ever leave from our individual minimum, conditioned by what is most essential relationships or for health.
The superficial view, the impatience to achieve results, the goals of low profile, makes processes are living without intensity or depth, and therefore the various moments that make up are of very poor quality.
Many repetitive moments, automatons, insubstancial, and very few really exciting. We would like to reverse it, but the own inability to generate it, and the constraints of everyday, are difficult to overcome impediments.
We go through life without discovering the vast majority, which is the reason for our stay here, the function to run, and if we do or not. We would all be sensational : abundance of resources, satisfactory cloes ties, fullness of faculties. The picture is usually quite different, where the poverty or financial difficulties prevail, the relationships are often a disaster, and of course the overall performance is far below what it could be.
What we have done or what we have in our multiple moments that we have led  where we are ? If the current context is inclined more toward the misery that wealth in one or several factors, it is clear that the actions are not being carried out with the appropriate correction, and if we want to transform it, we must know the cause and amend it.
Life is made up of moments, and in each one of them must fix the maximum attention, put all the drives in give the best of us in order the successive moments will be more solid, more comforting and more positive. First we have to cultivate awareness of the value of each moment and its consequences, and strive to generate more qualitative conditions for the moments that come later.

WHAT ARE WE ABLE TO SEE ?

We see that we can, we know or what we want. Only is possible to see according to the own ability, which indicates that to identify something outside, first we have to know and have it internalized within.
To see is note, as long as we faculties to discern properly, whether it is objective, and the observed will made with equanimity.
Why are so much conflicts ? Because don´t know see that the movement made didn´t have the essential harmony between subject and object, between a party and another; while we are not able to decipher the cause, the effect will be the result of the origin.

PRIDE IS AN ABSURDITY

Pride is an absurdity that oversize the own values, and according to this belief nor tolerate some positions of others that the individual catalog not acceptable due to its self importance.
Far from believing that pride is an asset, which causes are separations and losses. Puting on a pedestal by easy executing is a false and exaggerated assessment of certain skills.
The source of our acquisitions is the Creator, we are just a channel, and the " successes " are the merit of having connected, expressing it with words or actions.
For more virtues acquired, will be small before the ignorance of those that we will have to acquire.
The performing domain in specific areas, will be given to us for the particular role assigned to each one in the evolutionary path, and the role played by us is of intermediaries transmitting ideas or services for the collective.
We can not accomodate us or be satisfied with specific episodes, there is always someone more talented than us, and the potential for growth is unfathomable. All we have is a loan, therefore think that we are someone like a chosen people by the fact of being more skilfull with regard to the prevailing majority, is deceived. And although at some subject we have ease, we are still a deep ignorant in many more.
The specific conditions are personal and nontransferable, and although we want to imitate someone to copy will never be the original.
You can be glad of a work well done, but not be oversized by or inflate it. The goal is the effectiveness, the highest quality possible, and if you are able to get fantastic, and enjoy of made of.
Pride is a focus in the self that transmute thinking in the you, and the reductionist effect needs to expand the field of vision to observe in depth and with clarity.
The pride of their own importance, which feels offended by positions or comments from others, is a stronghold of immaturity and ignorance. And the antidote is the humility that recognizes their insignifcance before the immensity.
More or less knowledge, more or less resources, more or less skills, is not decisive, what counts is the attitude, the dignified treatment with the neighbor.
As small we are in this world, we are big in the upper world.

FORCEFULNESS NECESSARY

Until where, even when we hold situations and / or relationships that don´t work ? Why is so difficult get rid of long ago is more a hindrance than a utility ? Fear of the unknown ? To the novelty will be worse ? If a certain context keeps us stuck or causes an impairment, must seek solutions to transform it or leave it.
If we have tried multiple alternatives without success, means that the test has not been exceeded. The message may consist in do it different or leave it, where the skills of observation, the process and the outcome will give clues in this regard.
What wins maintaning a relationship with someone dishonest, indifferent, with whom we can´t trust, without the essential affinity, where there is no reciprocity and the exchanges are of low quality where the balance inclines more toward discomfort and boredom ?
What wins clinging in a slaver context, without horizons, limiter and unsatisfactory ?
When prudence, the margin of confidence, the hope of change not reported a favorable result, we have two options : continues as a useless conformism that impedes progress toward better opportunities, or have the courage to make decisions that will lead to freedom.
Before modify drastically the current state we need to know what we want and what we should be in order to take the relevant strategy. Once we have clear the goal, the determination must be strong through words and actions to undo the dulling conditions. We don´t hesitate, and accompanied with an indispensable certainty going in the right way, show the necessary strength to break with the obstructive factors.
In the path leave activities, friends, couples, significant in its time and that have ceased to be. Leave behind the badness for common sense, practicism and self esteem. Life pushes us to detach which is no longer or has stopped working, and to flow without useless charges we must do the same.
