A LOT TO POLISH AND CORRECT

We are influenced by what we call the mental body, emotional body and physical body, expresed in thoughts, feelings and actions. From the initial abstract idea to its realization there is a short or long process, and the dynamization depends on the desire, on the importance that achieving certain aspirations may have. Ideas are the trigger, the impulse the value we give them, and action is to concretize to provide content and profit to the effort.                                                                                                                      Harmony depends on combining these three factors. Too immersed in the intellectual questions, but with low self emotion, showing ourselves cold and distant reqires rebalancing. An excess of sensitivity that does not modify the background or the people, will need to reinforce the way of thinking to acquire perspective. And if we are busy in action, in benefits, leaving aside the demands of the mental and emotional body that also need  to be nourished, there will be an imbalance.                                                All confrontations, conflicts, verbal or physicl aggression, the impossibility of finding ways of understanding, perpetual daily crises, are the exponent of not thinking, feeling or acting correctly. Therefore, if we have three fronts of resources and they are out of balance, instead of moving forward we stagnate, instead of solving we spoil, being the clear indicator that there is much to polish and correct. Sometimes they will be dissonant selfish thoughts, other times sentimentality will prevent us from seeing clearly how to face what seems grandiose but really is not, or are actions that are detrimental to the individual or to the scope of influence.                                                                                                          When we get sick, when problems repeat in specific areas, when difficulties focus on specific issues, these are internal misalignments exposed externally, and if we want to resolve them, we must find out where and what needs to be polished and corrected so that the obstructions give way to fluidity.

DIFFERENCES AND SIMILARITIES BETWEEN DISGUST AND HATRED

We naturally approach the pleasant and move away in the opposite direction. We associate disgust and hatred as factors that generate discomfort, but they are different concepts. Disgust has to do with the physical senses. What we see, touch, hear, smell or taste directly, as verifiable sensations. Hatred is the product of mental schemas compared with internalized patterns related to costums, forms, ways of proceeding, different peculiarities. Hating is intolerance, not accepting what can bother, valued from  limited personal perspective.                                                                                                                          Multiplicity is present in all areas, and if our characteristics have the right to manifest themselves, the opposites also if they respect laws and regulations and do not alter coexistence. We can choose the constructive side of appreciation and respect towards other despite disagreeing or not fitting in, or the negative that despises, attacks and wants to eliminate all dissent due to the supremacist attitude of those who believe themselves superior, where the one who has value is the one who does the right thing. And those who go off the script are wrong and need to convert or disappear.                                                    What is it that bothers you, what are the foundations ? Where is the logic if those who are different do not directly affect us, if they do not force us to impose their ways, if they do not cause any harm, where is the sense of hatred ?                                                                                                                                              Neither our ideas, customs and criteria have the supreme truth, nor are those who are different wrong and are a danger. Saints or sinners are found in all types of contexts. The behavior and the result of the actions are what determines the rightness or error of what is expressed.                                                                  Disgust is objective and verifiable. Hatred is subjective, the product of personal values, exalting those who are agree with us and belittling those who think or act in an ostensibly contrary way. There will always be situations that generate disgust, but we can be free from any hatred by accepting diversity and showing ourselves neutral to preserve peace.
