RESIGNATION AND IMPOTENCE ( II )

Resignation means we want some results but others are happening, and in the face of consummated facts it is advisable to accept the inevitable. The path between the desired and the specified depends on various factors where the personal room for maneuver is small when different involve have to intervene.                There are individual plans and collective yearnings. In both cases we can make our particular contribution, where the outcome will depend on the capacity, maturity and merit for its conclusion or postponement.     Most of the population does not change, it remains the same with its characteristics for years to come. The idiosyncrasy of states has remained unchanged over the centuries. Those who were imperialists remain so. Dictators, oppressors, continue if is nothing had happened, and in the face of this evidence without changing approaches and behaviors, is anyone surprised that only the sets and actors change while maintaning the background and the forms ?                                                                                                     Resignation to what we can not affect, which must facilitate a better fit into the environment willingly or by force, and in the process increase the humility by ascertaining the prevailing order beyond our pretensions.                                                                                                                                                      There are context in the present that may be closed, with an almost impossible perspective to change, but if there is a minimum hope for long term improvement , resignation may be temporary but not definitive.  In external facts and material questions, subject to multiple uncontrollable variants, there is not alternative but to resign, after all the events are the precise ones according to the respective evolutionary positions and the situations required to experience.                                                                                                         Where never must be agree is in our spiritual development. Here is no limits, and the work falls strictly in ours. Advancing, stagnating or receding does not depend on external elements as in the mundan realm, the ability and responsibility to level up or not is strictly ours. We will stumble, we will fall, we will repeat mistakes, it will seem to impossible to us to change ideas, assessments, opinions, but there can not be resignation in the main challenge and goal of life which is constant improvement at all levels.
