MANAGERS AND SUBORDINATES AT THE SAME TIME

We are directors and subordinates at the same time. Directors because we are individually designed, and staying alive depend on us. And subordinates because we owe it to social order and to fit in with the environment, nature and others.                                                                                                                       We are influenced by multiple external factors, and what we think, feel and how we act, as if it were entirely our own, is actually adherence to what is in tune with our own idyosincrasy. Between the internal and the external, our own and the other, we are constantly struggling in the role of both director and subordinate. Insertion into the outside world subjects us to the fulfillment of laws and principles so that order prevails.                                                                                                                                                The resources gradually accumulated in terms of knowledge and money have been through exchanges. We have been directors with an active stance, and subordinates receptive to the contributions of others. We must direct the planning of what we want between the beginning and the end. Obtaining the desired with intermediaries in the process subordinates us to time, uncontrolled factors and the intervention of third parties. We are all directors and subordinates. Dependence make us equal, we drink from a common source extracting what is essential to survive. The differences related to intelligence, environment, wealth or poverty are external, because in essence, each one must be a director and fit into the role of subordinate. If we want to be good directors we must work on ourselves to transfer our own internal balance to the outside and establish harmony. All conflicts and chaos are a reflection of the personal dissonances of not knowing how to properly direct our own lives, and this has repercussions on impersonal factors by not subordinating ourselves with the correct attitude. In our objectives when we influence the environment, we must plan them with perspective to obtain the purpose and at the same time not harm third parties. Leading through knowledge by subordinating ourselves to the peculiarities, we act so that the outcome favors the parties involved.

HOOLIGANS INSTEAD OF WISE MEN OR WOMEN AND ARISTOCRATS

Instead of wise men or women and aristocrats as directors showing us the optimal guidelines for behavior, we are governed by hooligans One only has to look at current septuagenarian leaders, who due to age, experience and supposed maturity, should have expanded their consciousness, be understanding, establish peace and harmony, and instead are accomplices in criminal acts.                                                                  If citizens have to experience these primary instinctive forms with the consequent losses, destruction and a long period of recovery if it comes, it is also because the prevailing level is not high enough to live with more refined forms.                                                                                                                                          These foolish leaders have been elected by the citizens. Either they are inept, incapable of distinguishing right from wrong, or they need to go through purges to wake up from their lethargy.                                    What happens is because it is necessary. The question is : ¿ why we are not able to overcome these stages of brutality, perversion and deterioration not only of the environment, but of the actions with their consequences ?                                                                                                                                                The one who should be in command is not there, and if he were there and willing to take on this immense task of responsibility, with the prevailing personnel they would liquidate him immediately. The sad human reality is shown in the events day by day.

IMPROVE INSIDE IN ORDER TO IMPROVE OUTSIDE

If we want to be surrounded by favorable conditions, it is essential to know how to act in each context, and the first is to have a deep knowledge of our idyosincrasies, pretensions and the necessary combination of knowledge and intuition of the environment and others to adopt the relevant position. All personal and social dysfunctions are the product of the inappropriate fit of the elements or factors that enter the scene. We want the best, and to achieve it, we must forge the conditions that facilitate it according to the resources and possibilities.                                                                                                                              Everything valued, such as health, money or relatinoships, requires effort and some peculiarities. The more adjusted we are in the expressions, the closer the triggers will be to what we want. This indicate that when we have health, money or relationship problems, it is an exponent of not having known how to harmonize what emerged from within and its external echo. Quality well-being, comfort,is everyone´s desire, and if it passes by or we do not  experience it, is because we don´t know how to create the conditions that make it viable.                                                                                                                           Immersed in routines, low intensity exchanges, very entertaining but without expanding the potential for growth by focusing attention on insubstantial occupations, we do not raise the bar of our self demand while we want others to be impeccable. The law of attraction is a reflection of our emissions. To have excellent bonds we must show ourselves as such. And since this seems exclusive to a small minority willing to work hard, for this reason everything goes as it goes, at levels  lower than desired. The constant social crises of all kinds that are perpetuated are an indicator of the lack of resolve of those responsible for finding solutions, of the set of individualities affecting the comunity. And until we become aware and modify our objectives and ways of proceeding, we will continue to be immersed in conflicts, in private and social affairs.

SOCIAL IMPOTENCE

Social impotence is wanting to rectify constant conflicts and not having the capacity to achieve it. The perpetuation of problems affecting a part or the majority of the population is the reflection of ways of doing things that respond to human idiosyncrasy and the level of limited intelligence and consciousness. Instead of a broad vision in perspective devising objectives for the common benefit, we want our personal benefit, and while it is the basis that gives rise to the approaches and events with their consequences, there will always be issues to resolve.                                                                                                                      The mass is the majority, but the governamental structure has intimidating tools, making it difficult to introduce changes if they go against the prevailing interests of the stablished power. We all pursue the purpose of achieving well being, the difference lies in the fact that the leaders control and the people are subject to directives.                                                                                                                                        Over the centuries, external forms have changed, we have been replacing old elements that are outdated with others with better features, faster, with possibilities unthinkable in past times. The desire for comfort has facilitated the introduction of sophisticated materials. On the other hand, we continue to maintain guidelines and ways of proceeding as we did centuries ago, which is why we repeat mistakes, perpetuate discomfort and the confrontations never end because we want to win, impose, and subjugate.                       Unresolved social dilemmas are nothing more than the extension of individual dilemmas, the product of a lack of harmony that prevents us from seeing clearly, and therefore causes to act negligently with short or long range triggers. As long as we do not modify our goals and behavior aimed at a common good, a generalized dissatisfaction will prevail as it has always been and will continue to do so.
