Our expressions has two tracks : through words and actions, what we say and what we do.
The word would expose the theory, and practice the action. The meaning of the words exerts an influence at all levels, in terms of thoughts, feelings and in the execution. Contain the power to bring good or bad vibrations, raise or lower the mood, build or destroy, approach or separate. Without making any movement the impact that can cause can leave strong sensations that will endure for a long time.
We must be vigilant, careful, before pronounce or writing certain words, because it is a mark on the environment, and contrary to what say the irresponsible, the words not outweighs the wind, because everything is registered; and shall be recorded in its proper place with the specific response of the content.
Our unconsciousness, the need for immediate gratification wanting to achieve the wishes quickly, generate unfortunate expressions that may be amanded only if we realize its impact and we are willing to correct the approach and tone.
In terms of the action is the same as with words. Before you say or do is our power, once we´ve said or done we have to assume the consequences of what trigger, therefore is crucial the clarity of the purpose and the prudence to the outcome will lead to harmony and not to devastation.
Words can heal or can kill, the actions also according to the habits or vices. The great danger with the prevailing banality, is the lightly treatment of what is being said or done, but everything counts and is recorded, and what seemed harmless or without importance, when the time is right will be ahead blow away what suits unceremoniously, exactly the same for the unconscious authors.
Words and actions are our assets to build, that expressed negatively forge destruction. Everything that surrounds us, individually and collectivelly is the manifestation of what has been said and done, what we say and do. If we want to change it, which could be better, the first thing is to change the words to report charitable actions of the derivative in both senses.
