FAMILY ( II )

The parties are workig for all, and the all underpines the parties in a continuous exchange that gives purpose to the actions.
The immensity is a set of bigs and small blocks. The diversity arises from the unit, and despite the differences, the goal is to merge with the unit.
Families are structures groups that serve to organize within a given area with conditions so that our potential is encompassing. We are moving in a specific environment, with cultural features, geographical location, marking our conception of the universe, with a distinctive code of values and character, and this is only possible from bounded areas.
There are many singularities, many ways to make for each one, identified with their, which has to seen the ancestors that have been transmited. Some put emphasis on some aspects, others may be quite different, the issue is that they form part of their criteria in order the own identity. Which we define as a " people ", culture, are families with whom we identify, we have a sense of belonging. And even we have acquired a wide training, traveled around the world, the way of thinking and living, responds to the roots of the country, the continent where we have grown.
Parents are the first reference, the organization in small groups, here we learn to interact with other, to acquire responsibilities, which will have to reflect on the outside, in the social life. The surrrounding environment influenced by a few distinctive parameters forged for centuries, we soaked in some customs that we acquire as own as part of our uniqueness in relation to groups that cross the limit of the strict biological family.
And there is the large block, which we are all of us, regardless of beliefs and ideas. no matter how different we are, designed in the same manner and with the same basic needs, from their respective places and peculiarities, we have to seek for the common good, since the supplier source which enables us to live, depends on the particular behavior toward the planet. We are all individual, each one can only live by yourself, no one else can do this by others, but in this objective we are dependent on the contributions of third parties that contributes to the livelihoods, therefore, let´s take a look at what we are in immense family and instead of looking only by the self-interest let us pay for the collective, which in reality is to look for the self-interest with a more intelligent perspective.

FAMILY ( I )

The family is the starting point, the gateway to the world. The basis of sustaining that serves as a reference, extracting the provision of what is essential for moving fron the initial stage of dependence to individual autonomy later.
The known forms of life on earth are organizated by groups. From minerals, vegetals, plants, animals and the different human races, giving them a name, knowing the characteristics, peculiarities and contributions in each realm that make identification marks.
The family is analogous to the roots, to the foundations, the origin of the demonstration. Everything starts with an idea, and from here it follows an abstract process to concrete. And so, it must be a field where consolidated in order to fulfill its purpose, a field that existed previously, the origin of the origin.
The family structure is concentrated in a small core such a factor of recognition, because of this were would produce a dispersion, and in the case of the human race would utilize the special talents in the growth phase. Once it achieves a degree of optimal development and enough autonomy, then we are in a position to satisfy the collective structure thanks to the training.

Before becoming patents, we must think about the responsability that entails, by acquiring the maximum educational background for the role of educator and nourisher, taking into account more than conceive a son is not an exclusive decision of prospective parents. Having a child is a social act, since each one individually have a contribution to the whole, and this is reflected in the good or bad functioning of society.
The children are the extension of the parents to ensure the continuity of the species, the manpower allows you to meet to many and varied occupation who operate the gear of a complex machinery of which we are all dependent to access to the basic needs and other pretensions since the level of conditional independence that all we have to a greater or lesser extent.
We are identified by collective groups, professionals, linguistic or other, which are small families. So is the distance that may exist for employment or placement, let us take what we do, wherever we are, all we drink from the same source which enables to us live.

QUESTIONS TO ASK OURSELVES

To ask implies not know with desire to know. Make understandable some thing that has not yet been deciphered.
From the most insignificant to the most important, the aim is to clarify, bring the light not seen to manifest the hidden.
We can auto-ask the real motivation behind what we think, what we feel, what we want and where we will take before mobilizing the relevant springs, because once the process is running we must face the consequences.
Ask involves any sort of concern, curiosity, to find solutions, and the interlocutor is the one who has to respond, being free to do as needed. Both the question and the answer is exercised from the freedom, but is the asked who dominates the situation, who knows or can know, and decide if wants to answer and with what words.
The question is :  matter knows ? with that purpose ? help me in any way ? If we are able to connect with our inner there would be no need for questions, the clarity give us the answer. The general limitation does live in a context of unconsciousness, which is why we produce so many chaotic episodes. And the inability to climb out of this small cercle trivials continously on the same points of view and concepts, being impossible to break the inertia and what it entails. In spite of repeated similar episodes, the people were not to reflect in order to find out the reasons, it is easier to complain and blame the other in the infinite chain of experiences lost by not see nor understand the background of what causes all this.
The question has to serve to run from the unknown to the known, the obstruction to the solution, the doubt to certainty. And to each answer go extending our powers without limitations due to a desire of wanting to improve everything in us.

THE DANGERS OF COMFORT

The human race has always sought the comfort, what will facilitate the action, because we are immersed in various daily tasks, and the more practical are the instruments and their operation, we feel better making serve them.
Comfort is a synonimus of quality, useful service. Get requests observe subject and object, note the needs or desires, and find the appropiate materials that conform to the objective.
The comfort has been created. In any field we are surrounded by instruments, each with a function, which act as a intermediaries between our pretensions and their contribution.
We have been gradually moving from a rural life, with great physical effort, to a mechanized social life, where has been reduced to a minimum the use of force. It is certainly a step forward by the benefits, speed and comfort extended in all sectors.
We are designed to be active , and if before it was an excess by too much, now is by little. We have to take advantage of the technique and what it offers us, and at the same time the appropiate way to increase the movement through exercises, of a training that keep us flexible and in shape. The sedentary life style leads to atrophy, and what seems comfortable input by no effort, at the end was just becoming embarrassed by the loss of mobility, the discredited and risk of overweight.
Not everything that we think will be comfortable if the powers are declining in some sense, a feeling or finding of wear by inaction, the supposed benefit will become a prejudice.
The best way to preserve optimal conditions is through regular use. It is essential to maintain a daily mental and physical activity, to be attentive, concetrate, and especially preserve the capacity for rapid response and thinking, our most important instruments for the autonomy and execution of the intended.
Comfort in the tools facilitating work, accompanied by a dynamism that keep the body in good condition. We need to look at challenges that takes us out of our comfort zone, because the progress is achieved through movements that causes changes. Conformism to stay as we are, not to take risks for fear of losing what is today, in fact, it is a discomfort uncomfortable, because the stagnation is deteriorating, and if measures are not taken of shock what occurs is a slow death by inaction.
The inertia that stops is an obstacle, limited, conditions, is fear of the unknown, to not wanting to risk what is old to what´s new, despite the fact that it can be much better and provide ourselves with more favorable conditions. And all these " alleged amenities " end up becoming great inconvenience.

GRATITUDE

Gratitude is a sign of appreciation and valuation, taking into account that everything is a loan. Nothing of what we have had, or we have currently is only product of our effort, there will always be someone involved in the journey. This serves to realize our continues dependence, reason enough to show us humble before the vastness.
We need to nourish our bodies constantly for the purpose of preserving the optimal conditions for subsistence. At the physical level we need oxygen, water and food, offered in all by nature. We have not created any food, we are subordinates, and as such it is a duty to ensure the preservation of the environment in the best conditions. Emotionally, we have to establish links that facilitate interaction to achieve a balance between the internal and external. To mental level, we must attain knowledge to develop in different situations. Here the dependency is at the lowest rate, since the ability of discernment, observation, and draw conclusions, rest solely on the ability of each one.
Everything that surrounds us, near or distant, known or unknown, has a function, a few features, makes a contribution, and only by this observation we must be thanking the many goods that make it easy to operate and access to a comfort, as well as resources for exchanges.
What we believe is inherently own about what we think or feel, it is influenced by various factors, cultural field, training, concerns, character. They are part of us, but in reality is an absortion we do through impacts received by our code of values and abilities. It is not possible to measure the proportion of ideas or feelings arising from us.
Gratitude is to take nothing for granted, we have to win. Relentless acknowledge the contribution of other people and materials that are the support that we facilitate connections bring us closer to the objectives.
Gratitude is not only has to focus on what we like, in what seems good, in what has been achieved, in what we receive. Must always be present, in what we see favorable or unfavorable, as heavy or light, in the softness or hardness. The growth is composed of a portion of ease and difficulty, and only one of them would impede the progress; therefore we must embrace the two stands.
We should not be too hasty in drawing conclusions. What initially appreciate like good or bad only can knows at the end of a process short or long depending on each context. The qualitative and quantitative difference, what we´ve gained, lost, and where we perform, will be the indicators.
What is gone is a loss, but this also leads to a gain, the vacuum is impossible, and just for this, to flow with life and constant opportunities it offers, we must be eternally grateful.

SOMEONE UNDERSTANDS IT ?

We live in a paradoxical world of sophistication and vulgarity because of the human extremism, capable of great works and great attrocities. Find the justifiable explanation becomes difficult when the apparent logic is not seen in any part.
As rational beings we are given the thought to operate in the environment, how to organize ourselves by providing resources and proceed to multiple exchanges for the maintenance and development.
If everyone from the more agile to the shortest understands the basic processes, how is possible deviate from coherent behavior to turn it on insane ?
Anyone can understand that the power is in hands of inept and scoundrels, supported by a large part of the population ?
Anyone can understand that after several lessons : see political, relationships, attitudes, back again to affect the same without having learned from experience ?
Anyone can understand that in the face of the need of compelling changes there are people who prefer to remain in the chaos before putting order ?
Anyone can understand with the current information and disclosure that continue to be maintained harmful habits in health ?
Anyone can understand how living conditions unworthy, where it is clear that will continue, by fear, or others, not take risk in dealing with new directions ?
Politicians should serve the people, and instead of this they serve the clan. The society that surround us has many defects, but are we who have consented. There are reasons of leftovers for revolt, but this has no solution with the same parameters of always. Neither the power nor the people will come out of this situation while the hierarchy submit to citizens.
There has to be a director and some performers, like an orchestra, but we have to fine tune the instruments knowing that parts touched and go all synchronized. Otherwise instead of sublime pieces, the tune sounds together produce cacophony, that is what now accompanies us.
Currently we have directors of orchestra who have not studied music, and in spite of their ignorance they are convinced of being virtuous with the baton, and the results are clear to see.
There is no logic to the atrocities, but nothing is left to chance, there is always a foundation that is the origin. And from the view strictly superficial and worldly, we don´t understand many of the things that happens to us, what we say, what we do. Everything from the most insignificant to the most obvious, is due to a purpose, it is important to know decrypting it, learn from the events and set the appropiate patterns to level up in the capacity of understanding and action to perform below.
If you don´t broadening horizons, it will not possible to change what already exists, and when there is no progress is pushed backwards, and the individual and collective expectations are appropiate to each moment for energize us and not to be satisfied with the legacy of the past.
Now and always we had test dealing them, overcoming and transforming them, is what at the end of the journey will give us the uderstanding of why we should live them.

MANNERS

In many ways as other polarities, also there are two ways to behave : correct or incorrect.
The correction is what has to prevail in accordance with provisions of civility. In any area is always going to the search of neatness, because if we don´t act according to the parameters considered correct, we are exposed to negative consequences.
All you know, more or less conscious, are subject to standards of conduct. The question is : because if it is in the public domain why people act with negligence in many fields ?
The impropriety can be expressed in wide variety, in words or deeds, but that " apparent satisfaction momentary " of the aggressor in one form or another has just in vacuum losses and other more according to the context.
There is someone who thinks is important by the fact of having something explicit, treating bad to other people if thinks that they are less. And precisely, according to how we show we can see if there is class or is lacking in it..
The correction is to take care of the details, from the smallest to the largest. Thought is the origin, the seed, and needs to be fed properly to ensure the ideas are projected with clarity and harmony.
If the seeds contain intelligence, consideration and respect, the result will be positive. On the other hand, if the capacity for discernment is wrong since the beginning, thinking only in the own desires, with a shocked expression, sooner or later the actions will lead in problems.
The neat forms are allies, gross are enemies. The correct is what has been to cultivate if we want a good fluidity and operation where we let.
Who acts with education, is friendly, attentive, generates a suitable environment for the exchange. If is on the other hand, lack the above said, the warmth will be impossible by the lack of the most elemental civic.
We learn from the people what to do and what not. Some teach to enhance certain forms, and the other to avoid them by their harmfulness. Both serve to growth, some of the things we have to increase, and others in what we need to eliminate.
Who is sloppy, driven by malice and ignorance, can get some revenue momentarily, but good manners have just been imposed by the logic and the forcefulness.
If we want our things going in the right direction, we need to know which patterns we have to root for give the optimal expression. The expressed with its incidence, clarify if we are tuned or not, contrasting with evidences. We must be able in our movements in order to be more accurate reporting more advantageous results.

GOALS TO ACHIEVE

The most important thing is to achieve harmony, because it has to be present at all, is the base where rely to project ourselves into any purpose. And when it breaks or disappears, mobilize the appropriate in each case to reestablish it.

We must strive to find out our skills and deficits, since we are assuming here to run the works, serving the awareness to reinforce the abilities seeking alleviate what was pending to improve.
Continually we have to influence on the movements in order to cultivate virtues for our benefit and that of society, because the defects cause problems, forcing pause to resolve them.
It´s convenient to have goals of overcoming by maintaining a continuous motivation that gives value and content the efforts, achieving the material goods needed to operate in the middle with a broad autonomy, moving in a changing unstable environment guided by eternal concepts that will preserve the strength and firmness, and poise where those immersed in the mundane weaken in the face of adversity.
The comprehensive training beyond labor, is the key factor to tame the ego, handing over the separative part, generator of conflict, for the purpose of dealing with the challenges from an integrative perspective.
The respective singularities, with the multiple contributions, have to create links to a common benefit. We are all within a vast field of connections, and as a circuit, the various components are linked to a greater purpose.
We live with the individual within the whole. One is because of the other, if the individual fails the whole suffer, and if the collective fails the individual is affected in some way.
We have freedom, free will, but before execute any action with their subsequent consequences, we have to bear in mind the constraints and limitations, demanding wisdom and courage in order the harmony prevails at all times whatever we do, wherever we are.

AND THE CHANGES, WHEN ?

We change clothes, hairstyle, telephone, car, this does not cost too much. The question is : Despite all the changes, we polish, we realize about our handicaps, we feel better ? Everything that money can buy, the ephemeral, we can experience it with some satisfaction, but lasts only a moment. Once the novelty past, loses value when losing intensity.
As individuals, as a society, we are always engaged in conflict, when no working affaires, relationship, if not health the economy. It is our inner poverty which triggers continuosly problematic of all kinds, that generate huge inequalities, that having an immensely rich nature of we nourish, it turns out that many people cannot be feed, and much more live in precarious conditions.
Everyone wants to access to a quality as a whole, but the same actions do not lead in this direction.
We have politicians where are supposed to be at the service of the people, to be an ally, and it turns out that in reality are criminals camouflaged.
Like a climbs of unscrupulous speculators that can threaten the stability of the most elemental.
The gains made by the technology are very good for work, but once we turn to other areas, we continue with the same dilemmas since centuries ago. There has been little modified human character, therefore continues to maintain wild forms, abusive, destroying in order to gratify a few aberrant interests.
The external changes that may provide more evenness, the harmonious distribution of wealth, access to global development, we do not come neither by capitalist nor communist system. Only can be feasible for a change in consciousness, realising that if we cover the source from where all we drink, all will succumb, the hiper rich and the poor.
The ancestral selfishness has been the permanent obstacle to progress as humankind. Never has been resolved the problems because the force has prevailed over reason, the personal goods before the collective, and maintain these guideliness is never ending conflicts without solution.
We have valuable instruments in us, considering the free will to decide how to use them, which approaches gives, and observe the consequences of any claims. The particular experience and others previous precedent are relating to organize and deicde how to proceed best, where the responsibility is ours.
We have capabilities to build great feats, and also for large barbarities, where the difference to decant the balance in one sense or another can lead us to heaven or to hell in Earth, it depends on the approach and action that triggers. - Where do we want to bow ? So far, we have made toward the hell, if we want to do it toward the heaven first we have to transform ourselves, and there extend it into the external everyday.

ABOUT THE TOLERANCE ( II )

Many people make mistakes and does not support any indication, reflection or suggestion to modify the behavior. The pride and ego are bad advisers, bearing in mind that the ultimate goal of any committed is approaching to the maximum correction.
It seems as only the police or relevant authorities could warn them because exert a socially accepted role to establish order. Teachers, parents, in our childhood, can be a part of this group, the rest has to silence the evidence not to offend these irresponsible.
It is a question to clarify incorrect forms of those that do not support get exposed for their misdeeds, while serious people and efficient suffer directly the consequences of careless procedures lacking in coherence, consideration and attention.
Many people don´t give importance to the idleness, to unworthy treatment, where unfortunately is a common fact that really nitpicking even the more fighter. They know that are not correct, but they wouldn´t listen to the powerlessness to change the prevailing.
People have become accustomed to not answer messages, letters, or pay at the appropiate time, to name just a few examples.We are witnessing a bleak picture in that multitude of aspects don´t work because of  the mediocrity that does what it seems without taking into account the consequences or think about the neighbor.
We have to consent this accumulation of incompetence ? Not to react or take measures before the low quality of actions or inactions that harms a person who acts sleekely ?
We are in the personal assessments of each one before situations where some may consider annoying to make noises, give blows or other constraints, and others do not. In the face of uncertainty, a plus of consideration and respect for better living together is what has to been to seek.
It may not be that rude and inconsiderate will be upset  if we put them in evidence to correct, and those that receive the sloppy ways have to hang in and not complain.
This attittude disable the concord, because proceed with negligence, wanting the impunity and do not claim to be amended, leads directly to the ruin.
Everything that breaks the harmony, becomes soiled, it goes against the natural balance, injures, hurts, it was not to be tolerated. Is the order who must prevail not the chaos, the dignity and not the contrary. If we agree that these individuals getting off unharmed, is to accept the degradation as inevitable.
Where, when and how must begin and end the tolerance ?
